Located in Derry, New Hampshire, Hyla Brooke Estate is a gorgeous modern farmhouse venue tucked away on nine peaceful acres of gardens and open lawn. It’s got a relaxed, stylish vibe that makes it perfect for couples who want something beautiful but laid-back. There are tons of options for where to have your ceremony or cocktail hour, gorgeous getting-ready suites, and all-day access from 9am to midnight. They’ve thought of everything—from rain plans to a “Something Borrowed” decor closet—so planning feels way easier and way more fun. It’s an ideal location for a wedding!

Weddings at Hyla Brooke Estate

Hyla Brooke Estate is a hidden gem that brings modern farmhouse elegance to a whole new level. Set on nine private acres, the estate is like walking into a dreamy blend of unqiue charm, with a timeless, romantic style. With six different ceremony spots and four cocktail hour setups to choose from, you can really tailor the day to fit your vibe. And if the weather shifts, they have built in solid Plan Bs for everything. From the crisp white buildings to the manicured gardens and open skies, it’s breathtaking at every angle!

What really sets Hyla Brooke Estate apart, though, is the experience. The staff is warm and welcoming, the owner clearly pours her heart into every detail (there’s even an incredibly sweet vendor lounge), and the whole day just flows. The bridal and groom suites are both beautifully styled, there’s a wildflower field tucked in the back that feels like your own secret photo spot, and you’ve got the place from 9am to midnight—so no rushing through your day. They’ve thought of everything, from the tables and chairs down to the décor, making planning feel way less overwhelming and way more fun.

It’s truly an incredible venue here in Derry, New Hampshire and one I am always ready to go back to!

Available Spaces

There are multiple spaces you can take advantage of for your event, giving you plenty of variety and all are equally gorgeous!

Farmhouse Great Room: This bright, modern space has crisp white shiplap walls, polished concrete floors, and custom chandeliers, which is a perfect setting for your day. With seating for up to 180 guests, a stone fireplace, dimmable lighting, and year-round climate control, it’s both comfortable, yet timeless and elegant.
Farmhouse Breezeway: This cozy outdoor spot is great for a ceremony or cocktail hour, with pretty exposed wood beams, fans to keep things cool, and 150 white garden chairs. It’s connected to the covered porch and rooftop deck, so your guests can spread out and enjoy the property.
Covered Porch: This stone patio space is perfect for a ceremony or cocktail hour, with a cozy gas fireplace, fans, grassy lawn views, and flexible seating for up to 140 guests.
Rooftop Deck: This 1,500 sq. ft. rooftop deck is perfect for an open air ceremony, cocktail hour, or dinner under the stars, with bistro lights, garden views, and space for up to 175 guests. This is a stunning space!
Courtyard: The al fresco stone patio sits right in the heart of the venue, tucked between the covered porch, rooftop deck, and grassy lawn—making it a super versatile space for ceremonies, cocktail hour, or just hanging out. It includes built-in benches for up to 200 guests, as well as lawn games from the “something borrowed” closet.

Day of Coordination

Hyla Brooke Estate offers a super helpful and affordable day-of coordination package that takes a ton of stress off your plate. With unlimited email access, three planning meetings (including a final walkthrough), help building your timeline and layout, vendor coordination, and even décor setup and teardown, their team is hands-on in all the right ways. They’ll help fine-tune your vision, keep the day running smoothly, and handle any little hiccups behind the scenes—so you can actually relax and enjoy your wedding.
